Kids and Porn

I can’t say I’m completely against kids being exposed to sex at an early age, because I’m not. I’m all about normalizing sex and doing away with censorship. As I’ve said before, studies show that the less ignorant your child is about sex, the healthier they’ll be, and less likely they are to be abused. The hesitance I have has everything to do with the fact that these are unwanted pop-ups and that porn extremely problematic. Porn in the Americas, the UK, and Asia is very stereotype heavy. Porn is completely unrealistic, racist, and unimaginative. It isn’t a learning tool. Porn uses tropes to entice/cater to the largest demographic which consumes pornography – white men. That leads to nothing but issues, asinine expectations, and sexual hang-ups.
